Vegetable Meatballs with Quinoa

Ingredients:

1 cup of Quinoa
1 egg
1 cup of boiled chickpeas
1 onion
1 clove garlic
Parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Cummin
Curry

Boil the Quinoa until it absorb its water. Mix all boiled chickpeas, onion and parsley in a robot. Put prepared mixture in a large bowl. Add eggs, spices and crushed garlic. Cut the prepared mixture in pieces as walnut size and shape it. Fry it with liquid oil and serve.
